Requirements

• 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
• No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
• No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
• No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
• Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

Join HMD Trucking’s OTR dry van team operating nationwide from Augusta, GA. You’ll drive modern tractors under three years old with sleepers, APUs and inverters, backed by reliable in-house maintenance and a dispatch team focused on driver success.

Key responsibilities:

• Safely operate dry van equipment on long-haul routes and complete timely deliveries while adhering to DOT/FMCSA requirements.
• Conduct pre/post-trip inspections, keep accurate ELD/logbook entries and secure freight properly.
• Maintain clear communication with dispatch and customers.

Requirements & opportunity:

• Valid CDL-A and at least 12 months of verifiable driving experience. Competitive pay (65 CPM start), strong mileage averages, bonuses, benefits and scheduled home time every two weeks.
