Position Overview:

Dentistry for Children is seeking an experienced and driven Operations Manager to lead daily office operations at our Smyrna location. This role is responsible for ensuring operational excellence, team leadership, and an exceptional patient experience in a fast-paced pediatric dental environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the practice to ensure efficiency and productivity.
• Lead, coach, and develop front and back office teams.
• Monitor and manage key performance indicators (KPIs), including production, scheduling, and patient flow.
• Ensure a high level of customer service and patient satisfaction.
• Manage staffing schedules, timekeeping, and overall team performance.
• Partner with clinical leadership to support patient care and office goals.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
• Address and resolve patient concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Support recruiting, onboarding, and training of new team members.
• Oversee office financial performance, including budget management and expense control.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3+ years of operations or office management experience (dental or health care preferred).
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Experience managing KPIs and driving business performance.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Proficiency with practice management systems and Microsoft Office.
