Position Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accountant I with experience using NetSuite or other ERP systems to join our growing finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in accounting principles, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accounting Operations
• · Manage day-to-day accounting transactions and ensure accuracy and compliance.
• · Reconcile general ledger accounts and investigate discrepancies.
• · Assist with month-end and year-end close processes.
• · Prepare ad-hoc financial and management reports as needed.
• · Support internal and external audits by providing documentation and responding to inquiries.
• · Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and process efficiency.
• · Participate in special projects and process improvement initiatives.

Systems & Reporting

• · Leverage ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite) to extract, analyze, and report financial data.
• · Take initiative to become proficient in internal accounting systems and tools.
• · Maintain accurate and organized financial records in accordance with company policies.

· Training will be provided to ensure familiarity with internal systems and processes.

· This is an on-site role; candidates must reside within a reasonable commuting distance to our Peachtree Corners, GA office

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related business field.
• 1 to 3 years of general accounting experience.
• Solid understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite or other ERP systems is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to analyze large data sets, create reports, and perform account reconciliations.
• Familiarity with multi-subsidiary accounting and enterprise-level systems is highly desirable.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
• Self-starter with a proactive approach to learning and problem-solving.

Salary Description

$50,000 – $65,000
