A Beacon of Hope is a fully accredited, faith-based women’s health clinic. We provide holistic, life-affirming, integrated sexual-health care that fosters knowledge and hope, transforming the lives of women and their families for generations.
This role will provide non-medical patient care and social services to the women who come to the clinic. The specialist will listen, ask questions and provide resources to support and help each woman make a wise and empowered decision.
This role will include full patient care training due to the patient care components/interactions
necessary.
The role will also serve the women who are part of the Bridge program, which offers extensive support to women through their pregnancy and up to two years after the birth of their child.
This role requires to be in the office in both the Roswell and Decatur locations. This role will also require working 4 evenings a month (two in Roswell and two in Decatur) for the Bridge dinner and class for our women.
Requirements:Qualifications:
• A bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in social work or a similar degree
• Excellent one on one communication skills
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently
• Exceptional organization skills
• Relationship focused
• Results driven and oriented
• Team approach for the good of the organization, adaptability and positive attitude are paramount
• Creative, discerning, and intuitive
