Data Informatics Associate

Reliable Security Staffing LLC is seeking a Data Informatics Associate to join our dedicated Support team. This full-time, remote position is an excellent opportunity for entry-level candidates looking to start their career in the security and investigations industry while working from the comfort of their own homes in Atlanta.
In this role, you will contribute to our mission of providing exceptional security solutions through data analysis and informatics support. You will assist in managing data workflows, ensuring accurate reporting, and facilitating effective communication across teams. Your contributions will play a crucial part in supporting our clients' needs and enhancing operational efficiencies within the department.
We offer a competitive hourly wage ranging from $35 to $40, along with comprehensive training and opportunities for professional development in a supportive environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the management of data workflows and quality assurance
- Compile and analyze data to support various projects within the department
- Prepare reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
- Collaborate with team members to ensure data accuracy and integrity
- Provide technical support for data-related inquiries
- Help maintain data management systems and documentation
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to strategy discussions
- Stay updated on industry trends and assist with process improvements
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data management tools
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good verbal and written communication abilities
- A proactive attitude towards learning and development
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a remote setting
- Familiarity with data visualization software is a plus
