Gummy Bear Keeper (Johns Creek)
TRC is seeking a fearless leader, a calm-in-the-storm operator, and a master of multitasking to step into the legendary role of Call Center Supervisor. In this role, you will oversee a team of 25 inbound call center reps, ensuring every call is handled with professionalism, efficiency and just the right amount of charm.
What Makes you the Right Fit:
- You led a call center team before and lived to tell the tale
- You can coach, motivate and hold people accountable without losing your cools
- You understand KPIs, SLA and why they matter (and can explain them without sounding like a robot}
- Preferred experience level is 3 to 25 years in a call center environment, with a proven track record of leading a call center team.
- QA / call monitoring
- Call Queue Management
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage call queues and monitor service levels consistently.
- Jump in to handle escalations with grace, patience, and composure.
- Ensure adherence to schedules, even on Fridays.
- Celebrate wins, both big and small, to foster a positive team environment.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance performance and customer satisfaction.
