Job Details:

• Minimum 1 year of experience required; first-time travelers accepted
• Patient population: Adults to Geriatrics
• Patient ratio: 1:5-6 patients
• Required certifications: BLS
• Specialization in Renal Med Surg
• Work every other weekend
• Floating required
• No call requirements
• Must work holidays if they fall during assignment period
• Navy blue scrubs required
• Maximum 7 days RTO allowed
• Epic charting system experience required
• Skills required include: telemetry monitoring, hemodialysis management, blood product administration, central line care, IV management, wound care, chest tubes, CPAP/BiPAP, high flow nasal cannula
• 12 hours of orientation provided
• Georgia or compact license required at time of submission
• Two supervisory references highly preferred
• Must be available to complete compliance documents and labs within 48 hours of contract signing

This healthcare facility features a 49-room medical surgical unit with an average daily census of 48 patients. The facility utilizes modern technology including Epic charting system and Pyxis medication management. Comprehensive interdisciplinary support services are available including IV teams, physical therapy, respiratory services, pharmacy, rapid response teams, and specialized lift teams. The facility maintains high standards for patient care and offers extensive support services to ensure quality outcomes for adult and geriatric patients with renal and medical surgical needs.
