Developer

Akkodis is seeking a Developer for a Contract with a client in Atalanta, GA. The ideal candidate is responsible for executing end‑to‑end IAM assessments across cloud, on‑prem, and third‑party platforms to identify control gaps, risks, and maturity improvements .

Rate Range: $53/hour to $56/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Developer job responsibilities include:

• Execute end‑to‑end Identity & Access Management (IAM) assessments across cloud, on‑prem, and third‑party platforms, including Azure Entra ID, AWS IAM, Active Directory, CyberArk, PingID, and SailPoint.

• Perform detailed technical evaluations of authentication, authorization, privileged access, identity governance, and lifecycle management (JML) processes.

• Assess IAM architecture and controls against industry standards such as Zero Trust, least privilege, and NIST/ISO frameworks.

• Identify control gaps, design weaknesses, and security risks, with clear documentation of impact and likelihood.

• Provide actionable remediation recommendations and define IAM maturity levels and target‑state architecture.

• Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and business stakeholders to align IAM improvements with regulatory requirements and business objectives.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related technical field (master’s preferred).

• 8–10+ years of hands‑on experience in Identity & Access Management, with large‑scale enterprise environments.

• Proven expertise in IAM technologies such as Azure Entra ID (Azure AD), AWS IAM, Active Directory, CyberArk, PingID, and SailPoint, with strong understanding of Zero Trust and Privileged Access Management.

• Demonstrated experience conducting IAM assessments, identifying security risks, and delivering actionable remediation aligned with regulatory and business requirements .

Pay Details: $53.00 to $56.00 per hour
