SERVICE TASK DESCRIPTIONS SERVICE TASK DESCRIPTIONS Chairs - Seat portion, armrests and backs of chairs are to be cleaned and sanitized/disinfected. Conference Room / Training Room Tables - Dusting can be limited to areas that are reasonably clear of papers, books, and personal items. Spills are to be wiped clean. To prevent accidental damage or loss of data, don’t clean computer equipment or other electronic office equipment. Desks, Tables, counter tops & Cabinets - Dusting can be limited to areas that are reasonably clear of papers, Weekly books, and personal items. Spills are to be wiped clean. To prevent accidental damage or loss of data, don’t clean computer equipment or other electronic office equipment. Door Jambs & Light Switches - Fingerprints and marks will be removed from door jambs and light switches using a cleaning cloth, and then disinfected. Full Mop Hard Surface Floors - All hard surface floors are to be vacuumed or swept, and damp mopped with a disinfecting mopping procedure. Interior Glass - Fingerprints and marks will be removed from interior glass surfaces using a disinfecting cleaning cloth. High and Low Dusting - All areas above and below normal eye level will be dusted using a dusting cleaning device. This includes high shelves, partition tops, windowsills, ceiling vents, pictures and other wall decorations, base and frame of chairs, behind doors, baseboards, cabinets and other areas. Lockers - Wipe down exterior of lockers using a disinfecting cleaner. Microwave Oven– Ovens are to be thoroughly cleaned inside and out of any spills and residue. Partitions - Fingerprints and marks should be removed from partitions using a disinfecting cleaning cloth. Refrigerator – The exterior, inside shelves and interior surfaces of the refrigerator are to be wiped down with a damp disinfecting cleaning cloth. Restrooms - Clean and sanitize all restroom fixtures, clean mirrors, wipe all counters, dust and refill dispensers, empty and sanitize trash containers. Floors will be vacuumed or swept, and damp mopped with a disinfecting mopping procedure.
