Project Services Manager (Norcross)

Hybrid | Senior Project Manager Services opportunity!

We’re partnering with a global leader in packaging and processing solutions, supporting major players across the food & beverage and consumer goods industries, to hire a Senior Project Manager Services.

This is a hybrid role (3 days onsite / 2 days remote), so candidates must be based near the Atlanta, GA area.

Your Opportunity

In this role, you’ll act as the technical Project Manager , leading end-to-end execution of services projects focused on equipment upgrades, improvements, and packaging line conversions (primary, secondary, and tertiary).

You’ll play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with high customer satisfaction.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Translate customer needs into actionable project plans and deliverables
• Manage full project lifecycle (pre-contracting through completion/CAV)
• Evaluate technical feasibility and identify project risks
• Act as the integrator across the full packaging line , including upgrades
• Ensure delivery across Quality, Cost, and Timeline
• Lead project issue resolution and crisis management
• Support sales, proposals, and technical presentations
• Coordinate on-site technicians and cross-functional teams
• Maintain accurate reporting and project documentation
• Oversee HSE (Health, Safety, Environment & Security) planning

✅ What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in project management with strong technical exposure
• Background in industrial maintenance or packaging environments
• Ability to read and interpret engineering documents (drawings, manuals, etc.)
• Strong leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of risk management and financial fundamentals
• Experience managing teams and stakeholders
• Proficiency with MS Office and SAP
• Fluent in English (French or Spanish is a plus)
• Willingness to travel across the Americas
