Talento Search Group has an opening for a Quality Control Manager in the Albany, Georgia area. This position reports to the Plant Manager.

Job HIghlights:

• Salary: Based on experience
• Shift: Day (Monday - Friday)

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure all regulatory, safety, and OSHA mandate compliance
• Development, implementation and maintenance of quality systems, SOPs, and testing of all product phases
• Monitoring of production for any non-conformances and corrective actions
• Manage all lab/test equipment to include calibrations to required standards
• Identify any potential process improvements, RCA, CAPA for waste reductions
• All required reporting and system updates

Qualifications:

• Associate (Bachelor's) Degree in Quality Management, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry or similar
• Hands-on experience with manufacturing quality control
• Strong knowledge of ISO/SPC/OSHA standards and lab testing
• Proven leadership of QC team - lab related, decision making and communication skills.
