Interventional Radiology Technologist (Radiology Tech) travel assignment in Austell, Georgia, United States. Start date: 08/17/2026. Duration: 13 weeks. Weekly pay: $2,471 to $2,668 per week. - Provide safe, age-appropriate patient care under the direction of the Chief Technologist and Vascular Institute Manager.
- Perform a wide variety of interventional procedures in IR, vascular hybrid, and neuro-interventional settings following department procedures.
- Set up imaging equipment, position patients for procedures, and maintain image quality and patient safety.
- Independently perform job functions, using judgment and initiative to utilize equipment for diagnostic and/or therapeutic procedures.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other team members to ensure patient safety and efficient workflow.
- Maintain proper documentation and adhere to department protocols and safety standards. Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in interventional radiology procedures (IR, vascular hybrid, neuro-interventional) or equivalent clinical exposure.
- Ability to independently perform job functions, including equipment setup, patient positioning, and imaging acquisition.
- Strong patient safety focus with the ability to provide age-appropriate care.
- Availability to work the 4x10-hour day shift; travel assignment eligibility for Austell, GA.
