What We’re Looking For:
✅ Minimum 2 years acute care Stepdown experience required
✅ ACLS & BLS certification required; NIHSS preferred
✅ Comfortable managing drips, telemetry, BiPAP/CPAP, chest tubes, pacer wires (training provided if needed)
About the Unit:
- Cardiology Stepdown with a mix of post-op cardiac surgery and cardiovascular patients
- Patient ratio: Nurse 1:5, Nurse Aide 1:10
- EMR: Meditech 6.1
- Hospitalist and intensivist coverage 24/7
