The Alpha Spine Center is looking for a Full Time Front Office Chiropractic Assistant! This could be a great career opportunity.

We are looking for a Front Office Chiropractic Care Assistant that would help assisting in the Greeting of Patients, Answering Phones, Submitting Insurance, Communicating with Insurance Companies, Monitoring Patient Care Programs, and Caring for Patients. Two years’ experience is a Positive.

RESUMES WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED FOR APPLICANTS WHO HAVE A COMMUTE FURTHER THAN 60 min.

We are looking for the following qualities:

- Friendly – in person and on the phone, Good Communication Skills

- Insurance – experience in procedure coding helpful

- Caring - Loves to serve people

- MULTI TASKER a MUST

- Team Oriented

- Quick mover and works with a sense of urgency

- Like to stay busy.

- Computer skills are a MUST: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Insurance Program or Practice Management system are regularly used.

- High Level of detail and precision

- Familiar with Medical Codes helpful
