Our State Farm agency has proudly served the Grovetown and Barnwell communities for more than 13 years. Were a high-performing team of 10 and growing quickly, with plans to expand to 14 team members. As a Customer Service Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member with B.J. Jordan - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, management skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. We anticipate internal growth opportunities for especially driven and sales-minded candidates. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee the agency team and daily operations.
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures.
- Handle escalated customer complaints and issues.
- Monitor agency workflows and help maintain operational efficiency.
- Assist with sales conversations, policy changes, and cross-selling when appropriate.
- Prior management or leadership experience required.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Prior sales experience required.
- Must be comfortable with some travel.
