Overview
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Remote Service Experience Associate to deliver exceptional support and ensure a smooth service experience for every client. In this remote role, you’ll assist customers across phone, email, and chat, working to resolve issues efficiently while creating positive interactions at every touchpoint.
Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy
Help customers navigate services, forms, and processes
Accurately update and maintain customer records in the CRM system
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues promptly
Provide timely follow-ups and status updates to customers
Ensure a consistent, high-quality experience in every interaction
Qualifications
Prior customer service or support experience preferred but not required
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Tech-savvy and proficient with Google Workspace, CRM systems, and Adobe PDF tools
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask effectively
Reliable internet connection and quiet home office environment
