Litigation Associate

Providence Staffing’s client, a highly respected and growing personal injury law firm in Atlanta , is seeking a talented Litigation Associate Attorney to join their dynamic legal team. Key Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of personal injury litigation matters from filing through resolution.
• Draft and respond to pleadings, motions, discovery, and other litigation documents.
• Conduct and defend depositions, including expert and fact witness depositions.
• Represent clients in mediations, arbitrations, hearings, and trials.
• Develop case strategy and work closely with senior attorneys to maximize case value.
• Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and guidance throughout the litigation process.
• Negotiate settlements with defense counsel and insurance carriers when appropriate.
• Collaborate with paralegals and support staff to ensure efficient case management.

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in the State of Georgia, in good standing.
• 2+ years of experience in personal injury litigation or civil litigation preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Georgia civil procedure and litigation practices.
• Excellent legal writing, advocacy, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Trial experience or significant courtroom exposure.
• Experience with case management software.
• Background in plaintiff-side personal injury matters is a plus.
