Other responsibilities include answering phone calls and emails, managing mail and deliveries, and other assignments as needed to ensure efficient business operations. • Give every employee, client, and visitor a warm welcome at the front desk and communicate any important information or directions
• Handle deliveries and manage incoming and outgoing mail
• Keep the front office secure by ensuring all visitors follow the proper sign-in procedures
• Answer phone calls and emails and communicate relevant information to the appropriate parties

• Displays impeccable interpersonal, time management, organizational, and customer service skills
• 1 year of experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, guest service specialist, or similar position preferred
• Comfortable taking telephone calls and mitigating stressful situations
• Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
• High school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent
