**What You'll Do:**
As a **Construction Project Manager,** you'll be the driving force behind multiple projects from concept to completion. You'll:
- Lead projects from planning through delivery, reporting directly to the Project Sponsor.
- Partner with internal teams to define project scope, goals, and execution strategies.
- Track progress, troubleshoot challenges, and ensure every milestone is met on time and within budget.
- Foster collaboration among engineers, contractors, and operations teams to deliver outstanding results.
**You're a Great Fit If You Have:**
- **3-5 years of construction project management experience** (required).
- Proven expertise in **HVAC, electrical, power generation, or industrial systems** .
- Strong organizational and leadership skills-juggling multiple projects is your superpower.
- Excellent communication skills to engage effectively across teams and levels.
