Marketing & Events Coordinator - Sneaky Pete Spirits

Sneaky Spirits is an award-winning craft distillery based out of Atlanta, with a distribution footprint across Georgia and Tennessee, and a nationwide on-line sales business. In our second year of operation, we are proud to produce a vast portfolio; we offer an additive-free craft tequila, Pedro Furtivo, and an all natural canned RTD, Yacht Water, with additional future product lines currently in development.

Sneaky Pete Spirits is seeking a Marketing and Events Coordinator to join our growing team.

Reports to:

• Sneaky Spirits CEO- Rachel Kiley

High-Level Goals:

• Successful partnerships, in market events, and influencers programs
• Overall successful support to sales team and customers via project management, design and social media execution

Responsibilities:

• Maintain event calendar and coordinate across all parties for successful promotion and execution of events
• Execute in market events in existing and future Sneaky Pete distribution footprint (GA & TN) for key accounts and one-off events
• Graphics support/versioning on light design projects (retail execution, sales collateral, etc.) using Canva and other design software
• Develop and support ongoing PR efforts including influencers and media outreach as needed
• Maintain ongoing influencers programs, support local community outreach/partnerships
• Social media marketing support to Social Media contractors in service of event promotion
• Project management and asset support for PR efforts, digital advertising programs
• Establish, organize and maintain Marketing shared asset library
• Social listening, competitive tracking, plus monitor other consumer forums
• Customer response (social media) as needed
• Developing merchandise programs and securing vendors/maintain inventory

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to climb, lift, reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift at least 40 pounds
• Must be able to stand for up to 8 hours in hot, cold, wet, humid and loud environments.

Qualifications:

• Must be 21+
• 1-2 years of experience in marketing and/or event planning
• Team player that is self-motivated, a problem solver, and proactive
• Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers, contractors and customers
• Flexible work schedule, primarily weekends, some holidays, and evenings

Compensation:

• $52,00 - 55,000 annual salary, based on experience
