**What You'll Do:**
+ Greet visitors, employees, and/or vendors at the front desk in a professional and courteous manner.
+ Verify identification and manage access control for individuals entering or exiting the location.
+ Monitor security-related systems such as cameras and alarms from the front desk area.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site-specific policies and procedures.
+ Maintain accurate logs and records of visitors, deliveries, and any security-related incidents.
+ Provide customer service to all individuals at the location by addressing inquiries and offering assistance as needed.
+ Communicate and collaborate with Allied Universal management and site leadership regarding any security-related concerns or incidents.
+ Follow emergency response protocols as directed by Allied Universal and site-specific guidelines.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ Alarm panel experience is preferred.
+ Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
+ Access control or badge experience is preferred.
+ Customer service experience is preferred.
+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
