Administrative Asst/Accounting Support

Randstad is looking for a reliable, self-motivated Administrative Assistant to support our busy Accounts Receivable (AR) department. Operating out of our distribution center, you will handle daily administrative tasks that keep our financial operations moving smoothly. This is a temp-to-hire position, offering a great foot-in-the-door opportunity with a stable company. If you are organized, love working independently, and excel at staying on top of details, we want to hear from you! Requirements:

• Reliability is Key: A proven track record of excellent attendance. We need someone who shows up to work daily and on time.
• Tech Savvy: Good Microsoft Excel skills (you should be comfortable navigating spreadsheets, entering data accurately, and using basic formulas).
• Professional communication: Clear, professional verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-Starter Mentality: Ability to work independently and keep yourself on track in a bustling environment.

Bonus Points: Prior experience or exposure to Accounts Receivable (AR), billing, or basic bookkeeping is a major plus, but not required—we are happy to train the right person! Responsibilities

• Update and maintain financial logs
• Track customer payments and billing discrepancies using MS Excel.
• Sort mail, scan invoices, file paperwork, and ensure the AR team has the documentation they need.
• Answer basic email and phone inquiries regarding invoices or accounts.
• Contact clients for payment updates.
