Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver 1:1 or small group support in academics, behavior, and social skills

• Aid mobility, supervise, and assist personal care as needed
• Help maintain a safe, respectful, and welcoming classroom environment

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Compliant with TB test and district clearance requirements
• Physically able to stand, walk, and assist with lifting when necessary
• Clearances current or willingness to obtain before starting

Preferred Experience:

• Background in special education, behavioral health, or child care settings
• Experience with students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• CPI, PMT, or RBT certification or experience is a plus
• Reliable, patient, and collaborative approach
