Temporary Document Clerk - Legal Department (Atlanta)
We are seeking a detail-oriented Document Clerk to join the legal department of a respected organization, supporting the Office of the General Counsel. This is an excellent short-term opportunity for someone who is organized, dependable, and comfortable working with digital systems.
Details:
- Start Date: August 18th (or possibly sooner)
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Location: Onsite (no remote option)
- Pay: $15/hour
- Assignment Duration: 4-8 weeks
- Scan, organize, and upload documents into the internal legal management system
- Maintain file integrity and naming conventions
- Follow confidentiality protocols when handling sensitive legal documentation
- Perform additional administrative tasks as needed in support of the legal team
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Comfortable working with scanning equipment and digital systems
- Ability to work independently and handle repetitive tasks accurately
- Prior administrative or clerical experience a plus (legal office experience is a bonus but not required)
