We are a recognized leader in supplemental insurance, providing financial peace of mind to millions of policyholders. We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and organized individual to join our Claims Operations team. This foundational role is crucial to maintaining the efficiency and compliance of our claims processing pipeline.

salary: $21 - $22 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately perform the set up and initial assignment of new claims within the source claim system.
• Review and research all incoming documents to ensure proper placement, handling, and indexing into the source claim system for subsequent review by adjusters

Required Experience & Skills:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative, clerical, or office support role, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry.
• Demonstrated ability to perform moderate to complex clerical work with a high degree of accuracy and speed.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook) and the ability to quickly learn new source claim or document management systems.
