Shift: M-F, 7:30am-4pm

Position Overview: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Specialist to support daily office operations, order processing, and internal coordination. This position is primarily administrative in nature and is not a traditional customer service role, though it does include occasional communication with internal teams and external contacts. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and able to manage a variety of support tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support such as filing, data entry, managing documentation, and scheduling
• Assist with processing and tracking of service orders and internal requests
• Communicate with internal teams and occasionally with customers to provide updates or coordinate follow-ups
• Support management with special projects and general office tasks as needed
• Help ensure smooth daily operations by staying organized and detail-focused
• Prepare internal materials such as reports, presentations, or spreadsheets

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Previous experience in an administrative or office support role is required
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Professional communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic work environment
• Team-oriented with a willingness to assist wherever needed
