CUMBERLAND PASSION STUDENTS' LOGISTICS COORDINATOR

OBJECTIVE

To build Passion City Church and support the Students Team by coordinating the logistics for all students' gatherings and events.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and manage logistics for weekly gatherings and all Passion Students Cumberland events, including Winter Wknd, Passion Camp, and The Rising.
• Manage the Passion Students email account and oversee communication with parents and students.
• Oversee the Cumberland Students calendar, including local student events and key dates.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for Passion Students Cumberland with all Passion City Church teams.
• Ensure all Door Holder, student, and team requests are addressed and initiated in a timely manner.
• Oversee the Passion Students communication calendar for Door Holders and parents.
• Organize, utilize, and optimize all Passion Students systems and data.
• Complete and submit expense reports for the Students Team.
• Work in humility across all Passion Students locations, both relationally and logistically, to do whatever it takes to further the mission of Passion Students.
• Assist in planning, setup, and execution of weekly middle school and high school gatherings.
• Commit to a flexible role on the team doing whatever it takes to build the ministry

Monday - Thursday 9am - 5pm + all-day Sunday
