The Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) Director reports to the Sr. Director, IMC and owns integrated marketing communications for assigned brand pods end-to-end. This role is the single point of marketing accountability the assigned brand's Chief Brand Officer interacts with for marketing execution. The IMC Lead translates brand strategy into the assigned brand's campaign calendar across paid, owned, earned, partnerships, and in-store, and is accountable for activating a new pod operating rhythm — including during brand-leadership transitions.
Requirements:-
8 years of integrated marketing communications, integrated marketing, or brand marketing experience.

Demonstrated multi-channel orchestration experience across paid, owned, earned, and partnership channels.

Demonstrated campaign-calendar discipline, including managing 90-day-ahead planning cycles.

Multi-brand, franchise, or portfolio context preferred.

Experience supporting brand-leadership transitions preferred.
