What You’ll Do

As a Personal Injury Litigation Attorney at Bader Law, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of personal injury claims, handling them from inception through resolution. Your role will include advocating for your clients, preparing cases for trial, and ensuring they receive fair compensation for their injuries.

• Litigation Management: Handle all aspects of personal injury litigation, including case evaluation, settlement negotiations, and trial preparation.
• Legal Documentation: Draft and file pleadings, motions, discovery requests, demands, and other legal documents.
• Client and Witness Interaction: Interview clients, witnesses, and experts to gather case information and build strong cases.
• Court Representation: Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and trials, advocating on their behalf every step of the way.
• Strategy Development: Develop litigation strategies and provide sound legal advice to clients about their rights and options.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other attorneys, case managers, and support staff to ensure seamless case management.
• Client-Focused Service: Maintain excellent client relationships, ensuring timely updates and empathetic support throughout the case process.

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual with the following qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in the state of Georgia.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in personal injury litigation.
• Strong understanding of personal injury law and legal procedures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a proven ability to advocate and negotiate effectively.
• High level of professionalism and strong ethical standards.
• Proven ability to manage a high volume of cases with precision, attention to detail, and under deadlines.
• Client-focused mindset: You’re driven by the desire to help clients achieve the best possible outcomes.
• Team-oriented: You enjoy collaborating with others and contributing to the success of the team.
