Law Firm Receptionist
A well-regarded law firm in Alpharetta is seeking a professional and reliable Receptionist for a 3-month contract assignment. This is a great opportunity to step into a polished, client-facing environment and keep the front office running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage front desk operations and greet clients/visitors
- Answer and route incoming calls; take detailed messages
- Maintain office and breakroom supplies; restock as needed
- Accept, log, and distribute incoming packages and deliveries
- Coordinate lunch orders and assist with light administrative tasks
What We’re Looking For:
- Prior receptionist or administrative experience (law firm preferred)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Professional demeanor and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
