Job Overview

As a Quality Control Technician at CyCan Industries, the role involves maintaining the highest standards of quality in the production of our aerosol products. This intermediate-level position requires a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to ensure that all products meet regulatory and company-specific standards. Working closely with the production team on the assembly line, the role is critical to maintaining the integrity and safety of our products. An ability to work independently and manage time effectively during the overnight shift is essential.

Responsibilities

· Inspect and test products on the assembly line to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.

· Document and report any quality issues or defects identified during the inspection process.

· Work collaboratively with production and compounding teams to resolve quality-related issues in a timely manner.

· Maintain and calibrate quality control equipment to ensure accurate testing results.

· Conduct regular audits of production processes to identify areas for improvement in quality control procedures.

· Ensure all quality control records are accurately maintained and up-to-date for regulatory compliance.

· Provide support in implementing corrective actions to prevent recurring quality issues.

Requirements

• High School diploma
• At least 2 years of experience in a quality control role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with quality control methodologies and industry standards.
• Basic computer skills for maintaining quality control records and reports.
• Bilingual proficiency (Spanish) is a plus but not mandatory.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of accuracy and productivity.

Working Conditions:

· Regular standing, walking, and lifting may be required.

· Exposure to a manufacturing environment and potentially hazardous materials.
