Part-Time Infant Teacher

We are seeking a caring, patient, and dependable Part-Time Infant Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about supporting infants’ early development and creating a warm, safe, and engaging classroom environment. Duties
- Provide attentive, responsive care to infants ages 6 weeks to 12 months
- Support daily routines including feeding, diapering, napping, and playtime.
- Create a calm, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate environment Engage infants in sensory, motor, and early language activities
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom. Communicate effectively with families and team members. Follow all licensing, health, and safety guidelines
- Model Christian values and support the academy’s mission
- Pass the criminal records screening
- Minimum age 21 years with high school diploma or equivalent
- Experience working with infants in a childcare or similar setting
- CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift, carry, and care for infants safely
- Warm, patient, and reliable personality
