Flatwork/DryFold (Austell)
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Basic mechanical aptitude to operate and troubleshoot folding and ironing equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team environment.
- Previous experience in a laundry or textile processing environment.
- Familiarity with industrial flatwork ironers and dry folding machines.
- Basic knowledge of workplace safety standards related to machinery operation.
- Good physical stamina and manual dexterity.
- Strong communication skills to coordinate with team members and supervisors.
- Operate flatwork ironers and dry folding machines to process laundered textiles efficiently and accurately.
- Inspect linens for quality, ensuring they are free from stains, tears, or defects before folding and packaging.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and resolve any equipment or process issues promptly.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies while handling machinery and materials.
