NOW HIRING — OFFICE ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
FULL-TIME POSITION
Maxie Price RV is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable individual to join our office team.
This position plays a critical role in the daily operations of the dealership. We are looking for someone who is professional, accurate, efficient, and capable of handling a wide variety of administrative and accounting-related responsibilities.
The ideal candidate is self-motivated, organized, trustworthy, and able to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
• Accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Title work and tag processing
• Out-of-state title and registration processing
• Payroll assistance and payroll data entry
• Journal entries and account reconciliation
• Bank reconciliations
• Cutting checks and processing payments
• Data entry and spreadsheet management
• Filing, scanning, and document organization
• Processing dealership paperwork accurately and efficiently
• Processing extended service contract remittances and cancellations
• General office and administrative support tasks
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Dependable and self-motivated work ethic
• Strong computer skills, including spreadsheets and office software
• Professional communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
• Office administration
• Accounting or bookkeeping experience
• Automotive, RV, powersports, or dealership office experience is a plus
• Experience with title work, DMV/tag processing, or accounting systems preferred
