Administrative Assistant

TRC Talent Solutions is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join a growing team located in Griffin, GA!

Role Overview:

Provides administrative and coordination support for executive leadership. This role ensures efficient day-to-day operations by managing schedules, communications, documentation, and key administrative processes.

Pay: $28.00/hr

Schedule: Monday- Friday 9am-5pm

Roles and Responsibilities:
As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in fostering collaboration and ensuring that our operations run smoothly. Your key responsibilities will include:

- Managing daily office functions, including scheduling meetings and handling correspondence.
- Assisting team members with various administrative tasks to enhance productivity.
- Maintaining organized filing systems and managing confidential information with discretion.
- Coordinating travel arrangements and preparing itineraries for team members.
- Supporting project management efforts by tracking deadlines and deliverables.
- Communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate seamless operations.

Experience Level:
- Preferred experience level is 5 to 7 years.
