Job Title: Senior Project Manager Location: Atlanta, GA | Department: Operations | Reports To: Director of OperationsPosition Overview:United Gaming is seeking a highly capable and organized Senior Project Manager to lead several key projects across our portfolio of locations. This role will initially focus on a COAM system upgrade and evolve in scope to manage other high-impact projects over time. The ideal candidate will excel at vendor coordination, cross-departmental collaboration, and executive-level communication.Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the full implementation of the AXES Virtual Kiosk Card System.
- Own and maintain the vendor relationship with AXES, including contract fulfillment, support coordination, and issue resolution.
- Manage relationships with hardware and software vendors.
- Serve as primary liaison between Operations Director and all internal/external stakeholders.
- Coordinate project deliverables across service, dispatch, IT, and warehouse teams.
- Track project milestones and escalate delays, dependencies, or blockers proactively.
- Prepare and deliver status reports, executive updates, and stakeholder briefings.
- Maintain centralized documentation and project plans, ensuring clarity and alignment.
- Provide operational guidance to the service department to ensure production goals.
- Manage project budget, meeting goals and advising on budget requirements.
- Evaluate and report on project impact on location-level revenue, identifying trends and insights, and coordinating operational response.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, project management, or related field.
- 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in operations or technical deployment environments.
- Strong background in vendor relationship management.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and communicating with executive stakeholders.
- Highly organized, with proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
- Strong analytical skills, including the ability to evaluate project impact on location-level revenue and performance with ROI considerations.
- Experience managing project budgets and financial tracking.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Standard Monday–Friday work week with occasional after-hours support for milestone rollouts.
Fast-paced, collaborative environment requiring adaptability and proactive communication.
