• Starting salary $120,000+, with the potential for higher compensation depending on experience, skills, and transferable expertise, along with performance-based bonuses .

$120,000+ yearly

• Perform legal research, draft motions, complaints, pleadings, and other litigation documents as necessary [Litigation specific]
• Oversee maintenance of heavy case load, ensuring all cases move forward in a timely manner and within deadlines
• Represent clients in personal injury accidents ranging from auto, dog bites, slip and fall, motorcycle, wrongful death, medical malpractice, premises liability, and insurance disputes
• Investigate and prepare claim demands to insurance companies
• Negotiate and settle disputes with insurance companies

• Georgia License – bonus if licensed in CA, AZ, TX, or NV
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus, but not required
