Receptionist

Position Overview

We are seeking a Floating Receptionist to provide front desk coverage across multiple buildings on our campus. This role ensures a welcoming environment for visitors and supports smooth office operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary receptionist across various campus locations, rotating between buildings throughout the week.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area in each building.
• Monitor and replenish office supplies to ensure all locations are fully stocked.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to visitors and staff.

Schedule

Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Qualifications & Skills

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to different environments.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

This is a Contract position based out of Norcross, GA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
