• Ability to perform all event house person-related tasks and proficiently use job-related tools and equipment • Ability to remain calm in various situations, use sound judgement and effectively solve problems • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and procedural manuals • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills • Ability to follow instructions, prioritize and multi-task • A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment. • Must have physical stamina to lift, push and pull heavy amounts of weight on a consistent basis. • Candidate must have open availability including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays. • Must have good communication skills. • Ability to stand for long periods of time and walk moderate distances. • Must be able to bend, stoop and climb.
