Job Type: Full-Time

Pay: $26-$38 per hour DOE (Depending On Experience)

(guaranteed 40 hours a week)

We are looking for an experienced Carpenter/Fabrication & Installation Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving unique challenges, and takes pride in delivering exceptional finished products.

Position Summary

This position is responsible for fabricating custom wood wine racking, luxury saunas, and custom humidors, while also assisting with on-site installations. The ideal candidate is a skilled carpenter with experience in both shop fabrication and field installation who can produce high-quality craftsmanship while meeting demanding production schedules.

This is not a production-line carpentry position. Every project is custom designed, requiring precision, creativity, adaptability, and a commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate custom wood wine racking from shop drawings and specifications.
• Build custom sauna components, including walls, benches, doors, trim, and specialty features.
• Fabricate custom cigar humidors, cabinetry, shelving, and specialty millwork.
• Assemble and install luxury wood products with exceptional attention to detail.
• Operate woodworking equipment including:
• • Table saws
  • Miter saws
  • Routers
  • Planers
  • Jointers
  • Drill presses
  • Sanders
• Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and CAD drawings.
• Measure, cut, assemble, and finish components with a high degree of accuracy.
• Install custom wine cellars, wine racking, humidors, saunas, and architectural millwork at residential and commercial job sites.
• Work closely with project managers and installers to ensure projects are completed on schedule.
• Problem-solve field conditions while maintaining design integrity and quality.
• Load, transport, and unload fabricated materials safely.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shop and job site.
• Follow company quality standards and installation procedures.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional carpentry experience preferred.
• Experience with cabinet making, finish carpentry, architectural millwork, or custom woodworking.
• Strong understanding of woodworking techniques and premium materials.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and shop plans.
• Excellent measuring, layout, and fabrication skills.
• Experience installing finished wood products in residential or commercial environments.
• Comfortable using professional woodworking equipment and hand tools.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently while also contributing as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Willingness to travel overnight as needed for installations.

Physical Requirements

• Stand for extended periods.

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly Pay: $26.00–$38.00 per hour , based on experience and skill level.
• Guaranteed 40 hours per week with consistent, year-round work.
