We’re hiring an Executive Director in Stockbridge, Georgia who wants executive-level leadership responsibility, strong earning potential, and the opportunity to lead a stable hospice organization while making a meaningful impact on patients and families.

You’ll step into a leadership role focused on overseeing hospice operations, regulatory compliance, financial performance, quality outcomes, and strategic growth. You’ll have the autonomy to lead an established interdisciplinary team while driving operational excellence and census growth.

What makes you a great fit

• You have at least 2 years of hospice leadership experience
• You hold a Bachelor's degree; Master's degree preferred
• You are a Registered Nurse in good standing (preferred)
• You understand Medicare Hospice Certification requirements and hospice operations
• You demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
• You’re comfortable overseeing compliance, budgeting, admissions, and team development
• You have experience growing and improving hospice operations

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $110,000–$125,000
• 10% annual bonus plan
