- Support customers with questions, updates, and follow-ups (phone and in-person support when needed)
- Help customers through a needs-based conversation so they understand the right options
- Keep things moving behind the scenesscheduling, next steps, and accurate documentation
- Team up with others to solve issues fast and deliver great service
- Bilingual required: English + Spanish (strong verbal + written communication)
- Confident with phone and comfortable communicating in person
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and great at listening
- Currently licensed or willing to obtain proper licenses within 30 days
- Comfortable learning and using computer systems
- Compensation: $30,000$50,000
