Responsibilities- Build & lead the agency business: Core focus is on strategic actions driving agency growth & profitability.
- Build Client Portfolio: Cultivate a client base through strategic networking & proactive outreach.
- Serve as Trusted Advisor: Craft & present comprehensive insurance solutions that meet client personal goals through policy options & ongoing support.
- Scale Your Enterprise: Recruit, mentor, & lead the team, building a scalable business with an enduring legacy. This is where your journey to Principal Agency Manager is fully realized
Things We Need From You
- Must have or be willing to obtain Property & Casualty licenses or willing to obtains (resources provided).
- Must have or be willing to obtain Life & Health licenses or willing to obtains (resources provided).
- Able to manage marketing & sales funnels while leading a sales team, overseeing operations, budgeting, planning & staffing.
- Insurance experience is a plus (not required), but willingness to learn is essential (training provided).
- Resourceful, intuitive, and coachable; Self-starter with urgency and strong work ethic, with desire to engage the community and assist with insurance needs.
