About the Opportunity:

Grimmway Produce Group is seeking a Shipping & Accounting Coordinator responsible for providing support for both shipping operations and accounting functions as well as maintaining accurate shipping, inventory, and financial records while ensuring timely processing of shipments, invoices, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and related documentation. Serves as a liaison between operations, customers, vendors, and the accounting department. What You Will Need:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office, Excel, and inventory management systems.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must pass pre-employment screening requirements.

What Will Set You Apart:

• Associate degree.
• One to three years of experience in shipping, logistics, accounting, administration, or a related field.

Starting Wage D.O.E

• Actual compensation paid within the range will be determined by factors such as the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
