High School Diploma or equivalent.2. Obtain certification in Basic Life Support within 30 days of hire date.3. Current National Certification as CMA required.**PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:******EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION, AND/OR LICENSURE:****1. Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant Program Strongly preferred.**EXPERIENCE:**1. Schedules appointments and sets up referral contacts as needed.5. Assists provider during patient examinations and procedures.6. Educates patients on follow up expectations.7. Maintains quality control testing logs as required.8. Ensures all medical equipment is in proper working condition.9.
