Property Field Inspector - Barrow County, GA (1099 Contractor)
Property Field Inspector – Barrow County / Winder Area
National Mortgage Field Services is looking for a dependable local contractor to complete property inspections throughout Barrow County and the Winder area.
This is flexible 1099 field work that you complete on your own schedule. No prior property inspection experience is required. We provide the training you need to get started.
What You'll Do
- Drive to assigned residential properties in your local area.
- Take exterior photos using your smartphone.
- Determine whether properties appear occupied or vacant.
- Answer simple questions about the condition of the property.
- Submit completed inspections through a mobile app.
Most inspections are brief property visits and can often be completed in just a few minutes once you become familiar with the process.
What You'll Need
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Smartphone with internet access.
- Dependability and the ability to meet assignment deadlines.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Basic computer or mobile-app skills.

- Independent contractor / 1099 position.
