This position designs and implements systems and processes to enable and enhance the execution of segment marketing strategies. He/She is responsible for supporting the US Marketing - Go To Market team by maintaining, modifying and creating infrastructure and analyses processes that are used to support and assess the performance of UPS's customer segments and value propositions. Responsibilities: + Monitor and report on U.S. Marketing Go-To-Market initiatives, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and assessing results. + Develop and deliver actionable insights, reports, and dashboards to senior leadership to support data-driven decision-making. + Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales and Marketing teams to align reporting and analysis with business objectives. + Design, implement, and maintain robust reporting processes to ensure accuracy, consistency, and scalability. + Managing ad hoc requests and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of insights and solutions. Qualifications: + Proven ability to analyze complex data and solve problems effectively. + Advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, and analytics platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools, along with strong PowerPoint skills. + Solid understanding of data modeling, analysis, and visualization techniques with the ability to translate complex data into clear, simple insights + Exceptional analytical and communication skills with the ability to manage and influence stakeholders. + Expertise in data interpretation and storytelling to drive actionable insights. + High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. + Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability + Strong collaboration skills with the ability to build relationships and influence decisions. + A mindset focused on continuous improvement and innovation. + Bachelor's Degree (or internationally comparable degree) in Business, Marketing, Economics, Finance, or a Technology related field **The position is based in Atlanta, Georgia and will require commuting to office.
