About the Role:
Citadel Security Solutions, LLC, seeks disciplined and reliable Unarmed Security Officers to join our growing team in Athens, GA . As a Security Officer, you will help protect residents, enforce community policies, and maintain a safe and respectful environment at a residential property.

We seek professionals who demonstrate integrity, attentiveness, and a calm demeanor when interacting with residents and guests. Your presence will serve as a deterrent to unwanted activity and a reassuring figure for the community.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Patrol designated community areas, including parking lots, clubhouses, amenities, and common grounds

• Enforce property rules and curfews, including securing amenities at closing time

• Monitor foot and vehicle traffic, report suspicious activity, and intervene in unauthorized access attempts

• Maintain a high-visibility presence to promote safety and deter disturbances

• Complete daily activity reports (DARs) and communicate key issues promptly to management

• Respond professionally to resident inquiries and concerns

• Work independently and with professionalism while representing Citadel Security Solutions

Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years old

• Valid Georgia Driver’s License and reliable transportation

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)

• Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening

• Strong communication and observational skills

• Prior security or law enforcement experience preferred, but not required

• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications:

• Georgia 24-Hour Basic Security Officer Certification

• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus

• Previous residential, apartment complex, or HOA security experience

Compensation:
$14–$16 per hour based on experience and assignment
