We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to build and lead a high-performing sales team for Revolve LED. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership, a deep understanding of the lighting industry, and the ability to drive revenue growth while fostering a collaborative and results-driven team culture.
In addition to managing direct sales, the Sales Manager will play a key role in handling high-value existing online customers, ensuring exceptional service, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Revenue Growth:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand our customer base and increase market share.
- Identify new business opportunities, build strong relationships with clients, and close deals to meet or exceed sales goals.
- Market Analysis and Strategy:
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to position Revolve LED as a market leader.
- Work closely with the marketing team to optimize online ad campaigns and organic search strategies.
- Build and Lead a Sales Team:
- Recruit, train, and mentor a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Manage High-Value Online Customers:
- Handle inbound calls from existing online customers placing large orders.
- Build relationships with these customers to encourage repeat business and identify upselling/cross-selling opportunities.
- Collaborate with the customer service and operations teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Performance Tracking and Reporting:
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports and actionable insights to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving team performance.
- Strong knowledge of the lighting industry and its products, technologies, and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think strategically and execute tactically in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and passionate about building a successful sales team.
Compensation:
- Base Salary: $80,000–$120,000 per year (commensurate with experience).
- On-Target Earnings (OTE): $180,000–$240,000+ per year (including base salary, commissions, and bonuses).
