We are a nationally recognized builder who works on a wide range of projects. We try to keep our teams focused in certain areas of building to hone skills, but we do offer more diverse project books, if you like to keep things fresh. We are work with national brands and local up and comers to create rebuild our communities one project at a time.

We are hiring for our commercial team where you will be working on a mixture of projects ranging from office spaces, retail centers, auto dealerships, restaurants, and even some light industrial like manufacturing facilities with office spaces. All of these will be ground up projects in the greater Atlanta area.

What you need

• Minimum 5 years of experience with a General Contractor (preferred).
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Sciences or equivalent experience.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize across multiple projects.
• Excellent communication skills: written, verbal, interpersonal, and presentation.
• Advanced reasoning, mathematical ability, and proven negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, MS Project); familiarity with Procore and similar tools.
• Ability to think proactively, manage competing demands, and maintain high attention to detail.

What you will be doing

• Oversee project financial performance and ensure delivery within budget and scope.
• Collaborate with Architects, Engineers, Owners, and internal teams to guide project planning and execution.
• Maintain thorough contract knowledge and ensure compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Document project progress, manage logs, and track changes accurately.
• Lead purchasing and buyout activities using strong negotiation and decision-making skills.
• Support the Superintendent with schedule updates and take action to maintain or improve timelines.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with owners; anticipate needs and respond with urgency.
• Facilitate OAC meetings, prepare agendas, and produce meeting minutes.
• Submit accurate and timely owner pay applications.
• Communicate openly with subcontractors and manage invoices, change orders, and performance issues.
• Serve as a project team leader, fostering collaboration across all stakeholders.
